Jeffrey J. Keefe, P.E.L.S.
Director of Highway Engineering

Mr. Keefe provides a broad range of transportation and civil experience. He has directed, designed, and managed numerous highway planning, safety improvement and roadway reconstruction and realignment projects that have incorporated context-sensitive design solutions and traffic calming measures.

To supplement his design experience, Jeff utilizes management skills developed over his years of project management to maintain stakeholder involvement, project scope, schedule, and budget.
