Vincent A. Avino, P.E.
Director of Traffic Engineering

Mr. Avino has more than 38 years of professional experience. He offers a unique combination of project management, leadership experience and excellent working relationship with communities within Connecticut, offices within the Connecticut Department of Transportation, developers and the general public.

Mr. Avino has extensive experience in providing solutions to complex projects on schedule with limited resources. He is an accomplished team leader, competently juggling multiple assignments with his staff, clients, other professionals, and with the public.

Vinnie's responsibilities include traffic engineering associated with projects in design and/or under construction. This includes development of signing and marking plans, traffic signal plans, stage construction plans, detour plans, and specifications.
