Contract C2, I-95 – New Haven, CT
New Haven Harbor Crossing Improvements

Approximately 1.0 mile of I-95 was reconstructed and widened in both directions, including full shoulders, a new median barrier, and new drainage, signing and lighting. A new Woodward Avenue/Stiles Street interchange was constructed. Woodward, Townsend, Forbes Avenue, and Fulton Terrace bridges were replaced. GM2 was Sub-Inspector. Construction cost: $60 million.
