Stamford Judicial Parking Garage – Stamford, CT

GM2 conducted an independent threshold peer review of this six-story-high parking garage structure (capacity of 500+ cars) next to the Stamford Court House on Hoyt Street, per the 1996 BOCA code with the Connecticut supplement. We developed a RAM model as part of peer review to perform lateral analysis and checked drift requirements. GM2 also performed Special inspections and construction observation duties on behalf of the DPW during the construction phase of the parking garage.
