Building & Site Design: Eagle Park Warehouse Additions
Foxwoods Resort & Casino – Stonington, CT

GM2 designed renovations and expansions to two existing warehouse buildings at Foxwoods' centralized warehouse facility. The additions included two steel-framed additions (47,000 square feet and 10,300 square feet). Work included the design of a new 130-car parking lot, traffic impact analysis, and analysis and modification of existing storm drainage, detention and water treatment systems.
