Historical Building Renovation: 115 Asylum Street – Hartford, CT

Renovation of National Historic Registered building

GM2 was responsible for renovation and reuse of a five-story National Historic Registered (circa 1880s) building in Hartford. Originally the location of Stackpole, Moore Tryon Clothiers, the building is now being restored for a bank branch and business office facility. Structural renovations include the construction of new elevator and stair shafts within the building and reframing of the roof and floor systems for all new mechanical units and duct openings.
