McClave Hill Road – Colebrook, CT

Recast, reinforced concrete rigid frameBridge designed to minimize impact to local waterway

Bridge features a recast, reinforced concrete rigid frame with new Cast-In-Place reinforced concrete wingwalls. McClave Hill Road provides access to the popular YMCA "Camp Jewell." A new sidewalk for fishing access was included.

The GM2 design minimized impact to the waterway and the Inspection team closely monitored compliance to all permits. The bridge was opened in the Spring of 2001, on schedule and budget.
